Problem
Stock movement between warehouses and the kitchen was tracked manually, making real balances and waste costs hard to know.
Challenge
Build an accurate system that tracks every stock movement — from purchasing and receiving to transfers and kitchen consumption — without overwhelming the team.
Solution
An immutable movement ledger, batches and expiry dates, a full purchasing flow with approvals, versioned recipes, kitchen production orders, stock counts, an editable permission matrix and an audit log.
Result
Management now has one reliable source for balances, movements and costs, with printable and exportable reports.
